We are Boki Hospitality Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) and are the company behind Dave’s Wine Bar. We are based in the UK and are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) as a Controller under the UK Data Protection Act 2018.   • Companies within the Howden group.

  • Service Providers who help us manage our IT and back-office systems, or who provide platforms to us that we then use or make available to you.

  • Marketing fulfilment, webinar and customer satisfaction service providers, acting on our behalf.

  • Any third party where disclosure is required to comply with a contractual, legal or regulatory requirement.

As prescribed within Data Protection law, you have several rights connected to the provision of your personal data to us. These are:

  • Right of access – provides you with a copy of any Personal Data we may hold about you and for what purposes.

  • Right to object – you can object to our processing of your data based upon your consent, or our legitimate interest.

  • Right to data portability - provides you with a complete copy of your personal data for you to move elsewhere.

  • Right to restriction of processing - stops us processing your personal data, whilst an objection from you is being resolved.

  • Right of erasure - permanently erases all your personal data promptly and confirms to you that it has done so (there may be reasons why we may be unable to do this).

We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Notice at any time and you should check this Privacy Notice periodically for updates which shall come into effect once posted.
